Oliver uses a wide range of different styles to illustrate the natural world, as the natural world is constantly changing and evolving, so does his styles of illustration to capture the natural world in its best light. Often using a wide range of different mediums to best fit the final outcome.

The story is about a young boy who uses his magic crayons to travel through time to meet and talk to different historical figures and can bring their discoveries to life through his magic crayons.
