Design is everywhere. It can take time to fully understand this and realise that design influences everybody’s life. This opinion emerged when I took the time to explore design and consider how much design influences people.

My time at university was so helpful for me to develop as a graphic designer; it allowed me to experience various different styles of design. It has helped me see graphic design in a more open way.

After studying graphic design for three years, it has given me the experience to analyse visual communication and observe minor aspects of designs that some people don’t see, for example, the quality of a design layout and the style of visual communication used. It has made me realise the importance of the phrase form follows function.
